How long do books usually take to arrive?

Transference Healing® books and products usually take between 5 to 7 working days to arrive once your order has been placed.

My book order hasn’t arrived – how do I resolve this issue?

UK orders usually take between 5 to 7 working days to arrive from when you placed your order. Please allow extra time for all international deliveries and busy order periods such as seasonal order periods. If your book order hasn’t arrived after 14 days from ordering please email stock@lightofmagdalene.com. All orders are shipped as tracked items.

How do I order bulk orders of books over 50 copies and can I obtain additional discounts?

Email stock@lightofmagdalene.com with the Official Transference Healing® book / products and full delivery address including postcode  and a telephone number for the postal tracking company if you wish to order over 50 copies of a book. We will be able to advise upon additional discounts for orders over this amount.

I have another issue with a book order not covered above, what do I do?

Please email stock@lightofmagdalene.com if the issue is not covered in the questions above. Manual replies to questions usually take between 2 to 3 working days on site, so we advise searching the above questions first to usually get answers straight away.
